A:	The sample of existing design is free for quality check, with freight on customers’ part. For customized designs, different mould costs will be charged according to your quantity, material, designs and package.

Q:	What are the materials of your keychains?
A:	It's up to you. We do custom designs in metal, leather, rubber, wood, fabric, etc. Tell us your ideas, and our professional sales can give you some suggestions if you have no idea.

Q:	How will you charge the mould cost?
A:	No mould cost for some stock designs. For customized designs, it depends on your final designs. By the way, we'll return the mould cost for almost all big orders, say, 5,000 pieces per design. You can contact us for more details about the mould cost.

Q:	What kind of artwork should I send? What if I don't have an artwork?
A:	Stay cool. Send us what you have. Our art team will get in touch with you to create based your expectations. If you don’t have an artwork, still our team will be happy to help you in creating one from a sketch.

Q:	What's your MOQ?
A:	1,000 pcs/design. Logoson is the source factory rather than third party trade party. All the products from us are in top quality but low factory direct price.
