A:	Yes. We're a factory for 17 years. Welcome to visit our factory. Our address is in 79-80, Phase II, North District Industrial Zone, Xiao lan Industrial Base, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Please contact us before your visit. Besides, we attend many exhibitions as well as some business trips worldwide every year. Let us know if you're interested.

Q:	Is sample free?
A:	The sample of existing design is free for quality check, with freight on customers’ part. For customized designs, different mould costs will be charged according to your quantity, material, designs and package.

Q:	Do you have stock?
A:	No. Only small stock as samples. We mostly do customization orders.

Q:	How will you charge the mould cost?
A:	No mould cost for some stock designs. For customized designs, it depends on your final designs. By the way, we'll return the mould cost for almost all big orders, say, 5,000 pieces per design. You can contact us for more details about the mould cost.

Q:	Can I use your stock designs for bulk order?
A:	It depends. For some designs belonging to some of our old customers, we can then only use them as your reference. But, with 5 experienced designers, we can free design similar logos for you if needed. There are also many stock designs you can use directly. Feel free to tell us which one you're interested.

Q:	What's your manufacturing process to get new metal keychans?
A:	Generally speaking, after your designs confirmed, we will firstly make the sample and then produce in bulk according to the sample mould. To be specific, we follow these steps: CNC Engraving - Mould Making - Mould Polishing (Sample Mould Finished) - Die Casting - Edge Grinding - Polishing - Water Flow Grinding - Color Plating - Color Filling - Quality Control - Packing.
