Q:	Why can't I see the exact prices?
A:	All our products can be customized, and the prices depend on your detailed needs, say, the logo, the materials, the craftsmanship, the quantity, etc. Since we're the source factory, all the products from us are factory direct price. Besides, we can offer big order discount. By the way, the price you see in this page is based on FOB terms.

Q:	Is sample free?
A:	The sample of stock design is free for quality check, with freight on customers’ part. For customized designs, different mould costs will be charged according to your quantity, material, designs and package.

Q:	How about the delivery time?
A:	In general, after sample approval and deposit paid, it needs 35 days. It’s up to your specific needs, such as, quantity and production technique.

Q:	Can I use your stock designs for bulk order?
A:	It depends. For some designs belonging to some of our old customers, we can then only use them as your reference. But, with 5 experienced designers, we can free design similar logos for you if needed. There are also many stock designs you can use directly. Feel free to tell us which one you're interested.
